"Claymore Windows are a very professional, approachable company, who turned up at the specified times when taking measurements etc.
It was not a straightforward job as the fitters had to deal with shoddy workmanship of the previous window company.
The finished result is excellent and I am already noticing that it seems much quieter and should be a lot warmer in the winter."

One door and one window replacement.

"From the outset, initially arranging to meet with the sales manager, to completion of work Claymore dealt with everything in a friendly and professional manner. An estimated cost was explained and a contract drawn up. Dates and times were offered, agreed and maintained. The actual work was done efficiently without intrusion and completed quickly. The door and window are exactly as portrayed, beautifully finished and the whole area let clean and tidy."

Installation of 7 x double-glazed windows.

"Claymore Windows removed old double-glazing and installed new windows in my flat. Throughout the process the service was excellent.

The intial visit and estimate was done very promptly. Alan explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. Installation dates were arranged and payment of 20% deposit was paid in advance, with balance due on completion of the work. The work was scheduled to take place over three days.

The installation team (Jimmy & Sean) arrived on time on the arranged installation date. They advised which windows they would be replacing each day. Sheeting was laid to catch as much of the mess as possible and the guys cleaned up very well after each window was installed. The old windows were also taken away.

Overall, the team made a great job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The new windows look great and the surroundings also look excellent. Time and care was taken to ensure the window surrounds look really good. The guys worked really hard and were courteous and professional. I was very impressed.

To sum up, I don't have any complaints and was very impressed with the whole process. Everyone involved was excellent and I do not hesitate to give Claymore Windows 5 stars for communication, installation and especially customer care. I was looked after superbly throughout."

" The workers arrived at 8.30 and worked non stop until the job was completed at 2.00. They did an excellent job and were extremely tidy. At all times were they courteous and well mannered.

"I have dealt with this firm previously but quite a number of years ago and found them very good to deal with which made my decision to use them again. So glad I did as the lads that fitted the windows left my place spotless. They didn't even take a cup of tea from me. I'm extremely happy with my new windows and thought the price wasn't over the top.I would most definitely recommend this firm to anyone needing work done."

To supply and fit six windows (two bays) and one composite door

"From my initial phone enquiry where I was assured that a quote would be provided with no pushy sales follow up, Alan came next day,took rough measurements and emailed a quote. It was then left to us to accept.
Alan was friendly, knowledgable and non pushy which provided reassurance (I have memories of being unable to get a sales person to leave my home until 10pm!)
The fitters were very professional, polite and carried out their work to a high standard. I was especially happy that they stayed until each day's work was complete and cleaned up after themselves so you would not think they had been there. The finished job was checked over right away and happily all was good.
I would definitely recommend Claymore for a professional, stress free service."

"This is the third time I have used Claymore windows to upgrade and insulate my homes. I have moved house again, and as usual, their professional and efficient service proved to be as impressive as ever.

They always offer competitive rates and the craftsmen who come into your home are polite hard workers who get the job done and clean up afterwards. I honestly can not praise them enough. The windows are of high quality and fit the style of my home and street.

In our previous period home they were able to offer a style to match the wooden shutters which we were reluctant to spoil. The difference this made to the insulation of that house was immediate.

Demolition of old front porch and conservatory and then replacing them with new ones. A new composite door replaced the existing front door. Replacement of kitchen door with new door to match the conservatory.

"A neighbour recommended Claymore Windows to my husband and I, so I called them for an estimate to replace our old conservatory and front porch. I am extremely glad she did as my husband and I are delighted with the end result. Alan promptly arranged a visit to our home. There was no hard sell. Alan was friendly and professional and quickly provided an estimate, which we were happy to accept. Alan helped us with design options. The fitters Jimmy and Sean are perfectionists and did a wonderful job. They arrived when they said they would, worked extremely hard all day and left the site neat and tidy. On the last day before leaving Jimmy and Sean cleaned the conservatory and front porch till they gleamed and ensured that every bit of mess was cleared from the site.All the other tradesmen working with Claymore Windows also did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend Claymore Windows to anyone they are an excellent company."

"A couple of friends recommended this company to us, as they got them to fit new windows for them. From ordering to fitting the windows, the service was first class. The guys who came worked tireless from the early start to when they finished late on. They had everything covered, and left everything clean and tidy. We are very happy with the new windows.
