"Man very pleasant called when appointment but it was raining said may be need to drill through walls to replace wire from roof to TV.

Told me worse case scenario would be 180 and vat which I thought expensive. However agreed.

In event not necessary to drill through wall.

"Put black cables down doors along skirting. I thought that was only color and I excepted it after comments from family and neighbors in complex. I never know there was white cable. I could have hat it was a disgrace with the thick black cable. When complained he was nasty and it took a phone call from my son in quatar for him to come and change it. I feel due to my age, he thought I would accept anything.

They were able to diagnose the issues almost immediately and were very conscientious in their work aind had a friendly approachable manner.
