They arrived on time, completed the work quality and ensured that all TV’s serviced by the aerial signal were working as expected (and made some minor adjustments to the signal to ensure good reception). The contractor was well informed and able to answer any questions. All in all a first class service."

"No disruption at all, but a certain amount of coax, old black tape & the old aerial left on site. (Disposal of old aerial not discussed, as I would have expected if it was being left to us to deal with)."

This appears to be one of the rare occasions we got it wrong.Our staff should (and usually do) have left the site tidy. A reminder to all staff has been issued and will avoid this happening again elsewhere.
