"Follow completion of the initial work, it was noticed that some areas of the floor had not been cleaned as expected and requests to revisit the site to correct the problem were refused. Furthermore, other planned work to further improve the overall appearance of the floor was cancelled. The total cost for the initial work was paid in full, but the owners of the business were completely unwilling to provide any form of after sales service or work quality guarantee."
