We are a family run company from Broughty Ferry that consist of two brothers,Brian and Garry Lees.With over 30 years experience in both the Tiling and Electrical trades we provide a value for money,honest,reliable,friendly and first class service to our existing and new customers.From Dundee to Angus,Aberdeenshire and Fife our service consists of-

Full kitchen design and fitting.
Full and partial house rewirals. Electrical heating systems.
Burglar and Fire alarm systems.
Telephone and television systems.
All other electrical works undertaken
PAT Testing.
18th Edition IEE Electrical Testing and Certification.
Wall and Floor tiling in both ceramic and natural stone styles. All tile repair work done.

Install smoke alarms throughout property. PAT test appliances and upgrade fuse board and install two heaters in property.
 

"I have used Garry and Brdan for quite a number of years and an always impressed by their work ethic and high standards. The work I needed doing was quite tricky in places but the Lees brothers did it all impeccably with very little damage done to my walls and ceilings. I wouldn't use anyone else as they are very fairly prices and two great lads.

Tiling ensuite bathroom plus associated electrical work, including new extractor fan, new lighting. Electrical work for shave point, a Japanese toilet and also a lighted mirror/vanity cabinet. Additionally fitted a new light in attic space.

Installing smoke alarms and heat alarm in line with Scottish government legislation. Also replace an outside light and because floor boards were up anyway - put in a new double plug point in a bedroom.
 

"10 years ago Brian and Gary did a rewire for us and their work was excellent.
I got in touch with them in September and luckily although they were busy they had a couple of days in January to do the work. They are as good as they were 10 years ago - Know what they are doing, no music playing constantly I gave us warning about what areas to clear; tidied up well and carpets put back down very neatly. Main light fitting in kitchen removed, 6 down lights put in as an alternative. Tiling along three walls in the kitchen.

"I had my main light fitting in the kitchen removed and replaced with 6 down lights and tiling along the kitchen worktops done. The quote was given very quickly after my initial contact and although some of the work had to be delayed due to restrictions, they always kept in touch. The communication was excellent and the work was done as soon as it was possible. The standard of work is excellent, it made a huge difference to my kitchen. The guys are friendly and helpful and cleared away everything after the work was done. Very reasonable price for very high quality work. Cannot recommend them highly enough. An initial visit outlined the options available to us and the issues involved.
A date for the work was quickly agreed and adhered to.
The work itself was done to high standard, in good time, and with no mess left behind. There were one or two additional decisions to make and the guys clearly set out again what the issues were.
They were friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout.

Rewiring lights in living room and installing a new pendant

Removal of all remnants of the old immersion heater and blanking off control panel.
 

"This is the second time that I've used Garry and Brian Lees for electric works in my house. They are so reliable, friendly and efficient.
