About Us


We are an independent Estate Agency offering a more individual approach to selling property. We focus on building a good working relationship with both sellers and buyers.

We have a reputation for selling properties in the Queens Park, Throop and Charminster areas of Bournemouth in particular, but we also sell properties in other surrounding areas. High levels of repeat business and recommendations we receive are a good indication of how we conduct our business.

From initial appraisal to preparation of high quality particulars, and negotiating / monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive our close attention at all times.

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to their requirements in order to match them to appropriate properties for a successful result.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and professional standards, being members of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

"Paul Watts Estate Agents were one of three local agents that I (as executor) asked to value my late cousin's property. My initial contact was very positive with an obvious good knowledge of the local property market and sensible Valuation. They were very upfront about fees (1% including VAT) and not at all pushy. I had no hesitation in choosing them to sell the house and Margaret Annable gave me some very good advice about the extent of redecoration that would be required before putting the house on the market. We received an offer for the full asking price the day after it went on the market. Paul Watts were extremely helpful delivering documents to the solicitor as I live several hours drive away and managed to complete the sale 3 weeks after the offer. All in all, a very positive experience for me, Thank You."

"Superb from start to finish. They worked very much as a team, all the staff knew the details of our sale whenever we contacted them. They were informative, supportive and completely unbiased: several years ago, they valued our property, and, hearing our circumstances, suggested we keep the flat in our possession. With this in mind, we later approached them to sell the property, and through a very difficult process, including a lease extension and lengthy repairs, they have been as patient and helpful as they were when we first spoke to them five years before. I don't know the standard of other estate agents in Bournemouth, but if anyone else comes close I'd be amazed. Thank you Karen, Margaret and Leigh."

During this stressful time, they were very professional throughout and well able to take on board problems in a timely manner. Great negotiating skills even when things got tough, they handled it all for me, I didn't need to worry. High levels of communication, I didn't need to chase.
