" Never used or heard of the firm before. The final selling price wasn't anywhere near the amount that was stated we would reach, and we were told that several people would be invited to attend and basically get into a 'bidding war'. This never happened so we were misled somewhat. Lucy kept me informed all the time and was always very pleasant (even when we got a bit stressed at the end!) "

3 bed ''upside down'' semi detached house (bedrooms are downstairs) built this way to take advantage of the extensive views cross the yorkshire countryside.

" The level of service we received from Express Estate Agency Staff was very good, we were kept informed almost daily as to what was happening with the sale of our house and to what stage the buyers were at with their mortgage, searches etc.

It took only 4 days to sell our house, fantastic, especially at a time when the market is very slow and other properties in the area had been on the market for quite a while, although I think the unusual style of the house also helped to sell it.
