"John Payne were always reliable and courteous. I felt they were trustworthy. I had arranged viewing of two other properties with them but they cancelled the viewings as the sellers had accepted offers already. This impressed me as my estate agent (as a seller) wanted to continue showing our flat offer we’d accepted an offer."
