"Chris and / or Clare always phoned & let me know what was going on. Many times after our selling agent had phoned & made me depressed, Clare would phoned & always made me feel happier by giving me the same information but with a more positive attitude. "Staff always calm & friendly & not too much pressure. I chose them for this reason (other estate agents had put huge pressure on me to use them). "John Payne were always reliable and courteous. I felt they were trustworthy. I had arranged viewing of two other properties with them but they cancelled the viewings as the sellers had accepted offers already. "We were recommended to use John Payne, Lee by a friend and indeed found all the staff to be friendly, efficient and supportive throughout the whole process and not at all pushy. They made us feel like they wanted our business, not just ‘a sale’, and were attentive to our requirements. They were also very effective in negotiations between our buyer and us.
