"This was dealt with by make phone calls/emails & I was kept informed at all stages of offer. Chantal & John dealt with all viewings (I did not live in the area). I was always kept informed at all times. The buyers solicitor proved to be obstructive & R Gold had to make extra efforts to secure the sale. Chantal & John were very pleased to deal with & I was confident that they were doing all they requested."

"Although staff were at all times polite and courteous. I have one comment. When our sale and subsequent purchase fell through-it was devastating to us. Where I understand that it's not personal to you-maybe a better 'bedside manner' of sympathy would be nice. It won't change anything, but the impersonal way we were informed, and lack of any real feelings shown-actually made me cross at the time."

" The company and staff team were delightful to work with. Several friends had recommended Rawlinson Gold. We and the buyers were kept informed all along. There was a good liaison from the agent to the buyers and each parties' solicitors.
