I moved from a 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom, 9th floor flat, and I have a piano

"I was really happy with the service and support I received from South Park Removals. From the initial phone call, the site visit and quotation, and the removal day itself I felt in safe hands. The quote was higher than I expected but the piano removal was included so I had to take the convenience of not having it moved separately, into consideration.

The removal team were prompt, polite and professional and made me feel confident in their service. Paying for disassembly and reassembly of my furniture was well worth it.

There was a small bit of damage to the piano, which was a result of it having to go down a staircase, which was my only slight disappointment, but I really can't fault the service and care provided by South Park Removals and would highly recommend them.

"From day one, this company were approachable, accommodating, friendly and so adaptable with changing moving dates.

We were told they would be with us at 8.30am and on the dot they were. Plenty of staff that loaded our 3 bedded house in a couple of hours. They were respectful of our property and kept the carpets etc clean.

They worked as a well oiled team, polite, friendly and kind.

They unloaded us as soon as we were given access in our new home.

We would have not hesitation in recommending this fabulous company to anyone wanting a hassle free move."

Move from a bungalow in Essex to a first floor apartment in Hertfordshire. Day 1. Removed contents from home and kept in secure storage overnight Day 2. Delivered to new home.

"South Park Removals were extremely helpful and understanding.
Communication at any time was not a problem.
Particularly about arranging and fixing the removal date as contracts were not exchanged until the last minute.
They arrived as expected and conducted a tour around the house first to see exactly what was what .
All the guys were professional and helpful.
Delivery the next day was exactly the same.
All were very helpful. Asking where we would like our furniture/boxes put.
It was not a straightforward move as all contents had to be delivered to an apartment building with lifts and corridors.
We were worried but the team put our minds at ease with their understanding and professionalism. Making it all appear vey easy!
Also 1 week later we received a little package with a furniture cup in it. Found when the van was being swept afterwards.
Absolutely a First Class Service!"

We were moving from a three bedroom house to a larger house in the same area, about 300 metres away. The old house did not have a driveway and was in a ''school streets'' zone which meant there were restrictions on when vehicles could be moving on the street.

"We had a wonderful experience with South Park Removals. The whole house purchasing and moving is very stressful but for us South Park Removals caused no problems at all.

When I originally reached out to them they were able to arrange a visit to give a proper quotation quickly. We could not fix the date until contracts were exchanged but I did let them know our expected completion and moving date and they were able to keep us pencilled in. As soon as we exchanged contracts I let them know and the very next day we received plenty of packing materials. When a few days later I realised we were going to need more materials I called them and they were able to send more that same day!

On the day they came on time and sensibly brought two vans as we knew parking might be difficult on our road. Later in the morning a large truck came and they were able to park that near the house. The loading process was very quick and efficient, and similarly at the other end so was the unloading. We paid for the dismantling and reassembly of beds and larger furniture and all this was done expertly.

We started at 7.30am and were all done by about 3. We were absolutely delighted with the service."

House move for my mother.

"Excellent service from start to finish. We had a Pianola to move which is very precious to the family. The team took care when moving it, loading it onto the van and unloading it at the new property. Nothing was too much trouble. We have used South Park Removals on several occasions over the years and the service has always been second to none.

Moving at our age is very stressful, particularly after 20 years in one house but South Park made everything easy they helped and every return nothing was too much trouble. I had quite finished some of the packing in boxes they completed that for me. dismantled-the furniture and reassembled when we move to the new address.

"We were in a difficult situation between exchange and
completion. Our contact was helpful and supportive especially as there was such a short timeline. The service on the day was timely, efficient and professional. Another team nearby also came to help so we were moved in more quickly. We packed/dismantled ourselves but the team also dismantled furniture as required for the building stairs. we moved from a three bed house and a two bed flat 60 miles apart to a four bed house, the team had two use four lorries and five men per day over for working day to load unload. Also storing our property for three weeks.

"Andrew and Ellis and the team at South Park were excellent from start to finish. They had to move us from two properties into one over four days with a three week delay so having to storing our belongings at there premises. They were prompt polite and professional, what more can you say!

My move was a short one from Ilford to Limehouse , but with a lot of heavy items including vinyl and lots of books. Due to problems with a change of buyer it was a very long time between getting the original quote and being able to move; over five months. I really appreciated South parks'' patience in keeping the removal slot open for me as five sets of conveyancers took days to agree on the exchange and completion date. I paid for the packing service and bed disassembly/reassembly services which I really recommend

"I covered this in the move description above but everything that involved this firm was reassuringly professional and friendly; a calming presence in a stressful time.

I met or spoke to the owners on the phone, as well as emailing as the move came closer and their willingness to hold my slot while the completion date was negotiated among the solicitors was really appreciated by me.

The guys doing the packing were cheerful, efficient and extremely hardworking ; so much so that on arrival the property I had bought was still being emptied by their movers."

We moved from a 4 bedroom semi-detached house in town to a 3 bedroom house in the countryside which was 50 minutes away. We had quite a lot garage and outdoor items to move as well as a motorbike too.

"We were in the middle of a very challenging chain and Andrew, who provided our quote, was very flexible, patient and accommodating with our moving date that was constantly changing due to circumstances beyond our control. Our move was planned to take place across two consecutive days, with most of our items packed up on day 1 and the remaining on the following day of completion. The team of guys were extremely efficient, friendly and professional and worked tirelessly to load the truck with care. On the following day they returned to pack up the remainder of our house and headed to our new property which was 50 minutes away while we waited for the keys to be released. Unfortunately there was a delay with our buyer’s funds being released which meant that at 5pm our solicitors advised us that completion couldn’t happen that day and we were unable to move into our new property. As you can imagine this was extremely stressful and upsetting and the whole team of guys were so kind and understanding and arranged to take our belongings into storage while the situation was sorted out. The following day, Mark invited us to retrieve some of our clothing and belongings from the truck before our items were placed into the storage containers. They were so supportive and when completion finally took place at 3pm that day, they drove the van with our beds and some other items to our new house so that we could settle in for the night. They worked around their already busy schedule to ensure that the rest of our belongings were delivered across the next 2 days. I cannot recommend them enough as they were so professional and organised, but most importantly so kind and understanding to our incredibly stressful situation."
