Delivery men polite. Ailean very helpful and good @ called back promptly.

"The crew were booked for 10am and Central Movers were contacted when they hadn’t turned up by 10:30am. Unfortunately they weren’t able to get there until 1pm, which meant a lot of waiting around. The delay was explained as a job that hadn’t materialized the day before so extra staff were barrowed to complete the job. However, the lady in the office hadn’t known about this – if this had been communicated to her 1st thing, she could then have told us not to hang around & came back."
