The move was very smooth considering the challenge of 12 stone steps outside as the property was elevated the guys worked like troupers. Very efficient, careful & polite.
 

"All boxes were labelled & the removal guys were great, putting each box in the correct spot. The new house is 3 storey so they must have felt like it was a full gym workout! "The staff from Ernie to Keeley, and the guys who actually did all the work was absolutely fantastic. Everything went to plan the men came, did their job, then brought all our things to Newcastle. "The Britannia service was amazing and well worth the money. The guys were really punctual…. efficient and took care of our things. Also they were a good laugh! Moved from small 3 bed semi to larger 3 bed semi. Men were on time, but only two men sent. Took 41/2 hours to pack the van & 31/2 hours to unload. Very polite men had to remove the feet off our two sofas.
