However, when I viewed the property, I asked about extending the lease. I was told this would cost £50. I later found out that this was not true, and I was not happy that I had been misled. I later agreed a lower sell price, but feel that the correct information should have been given to me or at least looked into. To their credit, they helped resolve the issue."
