He explained that a simple re-padding of the base & back would suffice thus representing a considerable saving and John also undertook to attempt a repair on a scuff mark caused by an unruly dog! The chair was uplifted at my home, the repair completed within 2 weeks & the chair then returned to me. The work itself was been completed to a very high standard & the price of £65 is almost £200 cheaper than that quoted by another upholsterer.
