They took us through the whole process, step by step, and gave us plenty of time to decide on our own colours and types of units, encouraging new ideas at every stage. We were not rushed and they were always at the end of the phone willing to help.
They co-ordinated everything with their builder, Barry Bircham, so taking the stress from us.
