"From the start the service provided to me has been night and day with previous accountants. The team and Walker Dunnett are always on hand to help with any queries and their communication levels are excellent. Making every process seem easy. I could not recommend them further and greatly appreciate the level of service received. It is such a relief to know that things are in order and taken care of promptly so I can focus on other aspects of my business without having to worry about tax and charges. "After experiencing ongoing issues and a noticeable decline in service quality from my previous accountant, I began searching for a reliable and competent accountancy firm to support both my professional services company and my personal tax needs. I’m pleased to say that Walker Dunnett has exceeded expectations on every level.

From the outset, their team has been exceptionally professional, responsive, and efficient. They seamlessly managed the transition from our previous accountant, handling the transition with minimal disruption and clear communication throughout.

For my company, they have provided comprehensive ongoing support, including payroll management, VAT returns, and preparation and submission of annual accounts.

On the personal side, they’ve taken on the responsibility for my annual personal tax calculations.

"I approached Walker Dunnett to take a hands on approach to our accounting and from the initial consultation meeting Andy described how we could do business together and how we could make financial improvements over the coming years. The goals that were put in place by both parties were ambitious and to the credit of Walker Dunnett they have been achieved within the agreed timescales. Andy also makes himself available throughout the year for questions and advice which we felt was essential to ensure we made sound financial decisions for our business. Completion of personal Tax plus annual company Tax Return.

"Was referred to Walker Dunnett by a friend. I wanted a professional firm to complete my personal tax return. I then had a meeting with the Senior Partner Andy Walker who talked me through all the procedures and during the conversation offered to complete my company Tax Return (I am the MD of a limited company).
I subsequently submitted all relevant documents, and after a few questions from WD they completed and submitted the completed documentation to the relevant authorities, with copies to me - all done electronically.
All work was completed smoothly and efficiently. Their pricing structure was reasonable.
Fully intend to use WD on annual basis going forward."

"The service provided was first class and helped us to go from being extremely concerned about how we deal with these issues, to feeling that we were in safe, competent hands. Communication between us was very good with the firm providing clear, regular and informed advice. Any issues were dealt with promptly, and if further investigation was required it was carried out quickly and effectively. "I needed financial advice to amalgamate a number of personal pensions and invest wisely for the future of my family. Walker and Dunnett is a local service and provided me with the advice required. My investment is professionally managed and has gone from strength to strength. Even through these tough economic times W&D have still managed to improve my portfolio.

They have recently gone through a management transition and even through this period of turmoil they maintained focus on the customer and I was extremely satisfied on how this period was managed.

I find the company extremely knowledgeably and professional from the staff in the front office to the advisors handling my account. They are all helpful and willing to assist at any time. I would definitely recommend this company if your looking for a safe set of hands to manage your financial security."
