Creative Interior Designs provided design and project managed the refit of our café space, including redesign of service area, new flooring, bespoke floor to ceiling bookshelf, new bench seating, new ceiling and painting and decorating.

"From start to finish Patricia was there to oversee all work carried out. We had a very short time frame to design and deliver the work and Patricia went above and beyond to ensure we met our deadlines without compromising on either the design or quality.

She was there to help us make decisions that were challenging, given we were a team of 5/6 people trying to agree this was not an easy task. She worked around our business demands when necessary and really was accommodating to ensure we only had to close for the minimum time needed. She took all the stress out of organising trades people and overseeing the quality of work as it was going on.

The end result has been transformative for our customer experience and for our staff working environment. We are all very happy with it and would highly recommend using Creative Interior Designs."

Design and build of a sun room to the back of our listed house. Including obtaining planning permission and builders. It''s fair to say that Covid gave this project a bumpy ride. However we are delighted with it and it''s a great flexible space. We''ve since had other work done by this company.

The building team were friendly, and helpful and fun to have around.

You need to be prepared for the disruption that a build can have on your life.
Also
The different builders sometimes juggled other jobs and this can impact on the plan and build timelines.

Provide support with design, building warrant, contractor selection and management for refurbishment of a Village Hall

"As the management committe, we were seeking professional help with a project to refurbish our village hall, and called on Trish to support us.

She developed a design for the refurbishment that we were all comfortable with - not an easy task.

There were certain areas, e.g. Building Warrant application, where we had zero expertise, and Trish was invaluable in leading us through the process to achieve compliance.

She then supported us in selecting and managing a range of building contractors to complete the work. As soon as often the case, some of the contractors were more efficient than others, but we achieved our goal in the end."
