Building Control compliant drawings prepared for converting detached garage to work area.

"Entirely painless process. Efficient and prompt. I particularly appreciate the follow up from Stuart 3 years after the initial contact over drawings check I was aware that the deadline for applying for Completion was pending.

He then submitted the completion application on my behalf as part of the original service deal.

We had done a loft conversion during the lockdown but it wasn''t up to building warrant standards. Stuart kindly took over the drawing and planning submissions to bring it inline with requirements.

"He was great at keeping with what we wanted and advised what we needed to do. He also liaised with building standards on our behalf, keeping us in the loop at all stages. Despite a number of changes by the council he stuck to his quoted price. The drawings and technical specifications were very clear and easy to follow.

Full floor plan and survey for change of use from house to B&B. Full list of changes to property to comply with Building Warrant and submission of all documentation to Council.

He handled it very efficiently and was pleasant to deal with and was very patient with us. His standard of work is exceptional and very reasonably priced.
