My name is Chris Clarke
I am a qualified ceramic tiler with years of experience fitting floor and wall tiles working both in private homes and for developers including Norfolk Homes, all to a high standard.
I also work alongside a qualified plumber which enables me to offer a complete bathroom fitting service if required.
I am fully insured and am able to offer discounts on materials via local suppliers.

Complete strip down and renovation of my mothers bathroom with tiling, shower, toilet and washbasin installation. Also building of new ceiling and lighting

"Chris and his team did a superb job of renovating my elderly mothers bathroom into a modern shower room. He was extremely considerate and helpful when discussing the requirements and came back with a relatively competitive quote.

Work on site was carried out to cause the minimum of disruption. A few issues with the existing construction of the bathroom were found and Chris worked out suitable work arounds to not compromise the quality of the finished bathroom and to keep the costs down.

Chris and his team all worked extremely hard to finish the bathroom and work has been done to a very high standard.

Full bathroom re-fit. New shower, relocation of bath and radiator, vanity, complete re-tile, motion sensor lights, new fan, new floor

"Chris and his colleagues completed a complete re-fit of our en-suite bathroom.

The quote was comprehensive and the final bill was only slightly higher due to our extra requests.

The quality of the work is outstanding, they clearly are experienced professionals. They took the time to strengthen floorboards and the wall where new items were going. (I imagine more unscrupulous types wouldn't bother doing this!)

Chris and his team were punctual and worked hard throughout the day. They were totally trustworthy, we felt confident to leave them in the house alone.

We are delighted with the end result, the bathroom is beautiful. We are happy to highly recommend Chris!"

Convert a small upstairs bedroom into a new bathroom in an old 1930s house.

"The conversion was complicated and far from straight forward. It required careful firm planning from the start. Chris and his team were able to problem solve many issues that were not apparent at the start with such an old property and involved us in any discussions to agree a way forward. Installation of new en-suite bathroom and cloakroom. Removal of old fixtures, fitting of new toilets, basins, vanity units and shower. Tiling in en-suite shower and walls. Building of new shower wall. Installation of an unvented hot water cylinder and the necessary associated works. Installation of water softener.

"Chris and his team gave us good advice from the start. We were unsure about how the en-suite bathroom could be suitably improved, and Chris, and James, the plumber, were able to reassure us about what was needed and how it would work.
When our work started, towards the end of November, we were fully informed at all stages as to what was planned and Chris and James spoke to us frequently about any decisions that needed to be made. We had sourced some items for the project but Chris organised most of the materials and fittings. The work proceeded well and the en-suite and cloakroom were soon transformed. We were particularly impressed by Chris’s tiling skills; the finished result is great. On a recent visit to a hotel, we had seen a shower alcove inserted for storing items; Chris was able to design one for us, which has been extremely useful.
Chris is a very friendly person with good communication skills and with a good sense of humour too. He organised skilled workmen, Pat the decorator and Richard the plasterer, who joined the team when required.
We are pleased that we chose Chris to do our work and would certainly recommend him to others."

The work involved tiling the floor and walls of a new wet room including the inside of a circular window.

"Chris was professional from the word go from his initial contact and throughout the duration of the job. He explained everything up front , made me aware of any potential issues and consulted me on my requirements and various options during the process.
The work was completed to a very high standard including the circular window which has resulted in an excellent outcome.
If you want someone who pays attention to detail then Chris is your man. I was more than pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending him and I would look no further if I need some tiling done in the future."

The old bathroom taken out. the floor had to be re done before tiling as sloped, old tiles off. New suite put in, floor and walls completley tiled. boxing in of new pipes.

"This was the second bathroom Chris had done, since then he has also tiled the lounge floor.
Chris takes care of it all and is extremely thorough, tileing, fitting, finding a plumber etc. Our house particularly difficult as its an old property with sloping floors and walls. So, in total Chris did the upstairs bathroom from scratch as that was a bedroom. Re did the dreadful downstairs bathroom and tiled our lounge floor. The fact we keep having him back is testament to his work and once the kitchen funds have been found we will use him again then."
