We recently had our blinds fitted by Mark McGowan and couldn�t be happier with the service from start to finish.

Mark was fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and he kept us updated every step of the way regarding our order, delivery times and installation, which gave us complete confidence that everything was in hand.

What really stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. Our dining room windows were quite different from the others in the house as they open in a particular way, and Mark took the time to advise us on the best options. His recommendations for the frames and blind style were spot on, and the finished result looks amazing.

Mark was also incredibly understanding and accommodating around our work commitments. On one of the days he came to fit the blinds, I was attending an online course and wasn�t able to come away to speak with him as much as I would have liked. I felt quite rude, but Mark was completely understanding and just got on with the job professionally and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

The installation itself was quick, efficient and carried out to a very high standard. Mark removed all of our old blinds as part of the job, leaving everything clean and tidy with absolutely no mess for us to deal with afterwards. It made the whole process straightforward and stress-free from beginning to end.

The quality of the blinds is excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. From helping us choose the right solution for our more unusual dining room windows to keeping us informed throughout the process, Mark provided outstanding customer service every step of the way.

As a local Dumfries business, Blinds by Mark McGowan is a company I would highly recommend. "I received two quotes for Blinds, they were similar prices, and we decided to go with Blinds by Mark McGowan.

This Company was the most helpful, going over types of blinds and Venetian blinds, whether Faux Wood, Real Wood or Aluminium, also Venetian Blind Slat sizes and what would work well for us.

We are very happy we went with this Company, we love all the Blinds that were fitted and the Pelmets on them as well are great, they all look brilliant on our windows and very Contemporary, which is exactly what we wanted, so very happy 😃"

Blinds fitted for full house. Arrived to view property with samples. Chose colour and type of blinds. Mark later messaged with a quote. Contacted him to confirm. Ordered blinds paid for them and arranged a date for hanging them.

"Turnaround is quick but he kept ours until we were ready for them.

Great professional service excellent advice no pressure sales and fitted as and when he said.

Also fitted verticals for my mum but offered to fix another blind which had been up for years but just needed fixed saving her from forking out on new blinds which were not neccesary.

Mark is a genuine guy with great advice.

Highly reccomend.

"Mark came out promptly from the inital call, to measure up and also show us the sample books. He did not rush or hurry us in making the choice.

Mark knew exactly what we were needing, especially as the thickness of the walls meant a longer cord pull etc.

Mark was very pleasant and easy to deal with and treated us, and our property, with professional respect.

The blinds were ready when Mark said they would be and Mark and his colleague fitted them very quickly and professionally.

"We�re really happy with the blinds. We have a new house and wanted something that looked modern and clean and something that could easily be switched to let light in or keep it out. Mark came to measure the windows and showed us the options for colours and materials. He let us know the cost and the date they would be fitted. He came to fit them as promised today and they fit the windows perfectly. The fitting was done very professionally and quickly. I wasn�t confident enough to measure or fit blinds myself, so I really liked having a full start to finish service. The cost was very reasonable."
