A cattery for my cat

"My cat Harley is 12 and is a rescue cat. I have used this cattery before when I had my last cat so I knew I could trust them.

The place is in a lovely position just outside Annan and quiet. The accommodation is clean and each cat has everything to make them feel safe and comfy.

Booking was easy and they are very flexible on drop off and pick up days and times. Payment is by cash on collection.

I am very happy to leave my cat knowing they go the extra mile to make her loved whilst I'm away."

I was looking for somewhere the cats would feel safe and relaxed. I wanted somewhere I felt would care for the cats as pets and not just as boarders.

"When we first arrived, Louise made us feel so welcome and took a genuine interest in the cats and gave us the feeling that the cats would be safe and well cared for.

Louise is a very friendly person and made both us and our cats feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for her, we have asked for both early and late 'check-in' and Louise has always been very accommodating.

The cats recognise when they arrive and are happy to explore their surroundings. One of our cats is extremely timid and usually doesn't like people, but he settles well and will often come out for a bit of attention."

I was looking for a safe haven for my two cats whilst I was on holiday. I have used this facility for many years now and I know my cats will be well looked after in my absence.

"My cats were there for eight days and one of them (who is an outside cat) didn’t want to come home. Louise is a cat lover and takes good care of them in the kennels.

Going on holiday and needed cattery, local to me.

"I couldn’t recommend The Cat Hotel highly enough! Tigger is a very nervous and timid cat, so I was naturally worried about leaving him. From the moment he arrived, she was incredibly patient, caring, and understanding. She took the time to build his trust and gently encouraged him to come out of his shell, never rushing him.

It was so reassuring to know he was being looked after by someone who genuinely cares about the cats in her care. Tigger came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. Thank you so much for giving him such a safe, loving environment. I’ll definitely be booking with The Cat Hotel again!"

Boarding for 2 cats for 2 nights.

"Have used Annan Cat Hotel before and always been very satisfied with the service and facilities Louise a x Alan provide. Always receive a friendly welcome from Louise.
This is the first time these cats have been in a cattery. One was a bit bewildered but Louise took time to check on him regularly.
Lots of bedding areas, toys and quiet areas for the cats to use.
Cats are both booked in again for February.
Very pleased with the services Louise and Alan provide."

I had tried a few different places and hadn’t found one that was in my opinion warm, safe and somewhere where my cat would be really looked after. I was looking for somewhere where the owner loved cats and where when I picked up my cat I could tell she was ok and not unlike herself (which had happened before)

"My cat has stayed at Annan Cat hotel a number of times now, this is the only place I feel 100% comfortable taking her in this area. I have not tried them all but tried a few different once before using Annan Cat Hotel.
Louise is lovely, and always very helpful. The facilities are great, bed, blankets and toys all there for your cat to enjoy while they stay."

We had to find a cattery a couple of months ago & found Annan Cat hotel not very far from our home.

"We had to find a cattery a couple of months ago & found the pleasant Annan Cat hotel not very far from our home.
Our Mysti-cat has been a furry guest there a couple of times now & has no complaints!
It's in a lovely rural setting, the lady who looks after her furry guests is lovely & friendly & as I already said, Mysti-cat has got no complaints. Her accommodation is well kitted out with toys, beds etc although she is free to bring her own favourite (sheep!) bed if she wishes!
Kitty B&B with dinner included (although the furry guests are welcome to bring their own food if prefurred)!!

Boarding for my cat. She has stayed here before.

"My cat has been boarding at Annan cat hotel for many years. She is well cared for and I have no concerns leaving her there. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of room for sleeping, eating and playing. There are lots of toys and scratchposts and various levels for the cat to play and rest and just chill out. Louise is very flexible too on arrival and pickup times depending on your needs."

I was looking for care for my cat that was close to my home and reasonably priced.

"Our cat Coco is a big boisterous boy and he had a large kennel with lots of scratching areas, toys, tunnels to hide in.
We were welcomed by owner and everything explained, I left treats and they were given to him as requested.

Somewhere close and who would take good care of my cat, used many times now and will continue to do so, our cat appears very comfortable here and we know he’s in safe hands.

"We love our cat so much and want only the best for him, so while we are away we always use this cat hotel and there have never been any issues at all. He seems to be very comfortable and also responsive to Louise which would indicate time spent with him and she took immediate action with regards to a health concern he had during one stay, which had been bubbling on in the background prior to staying and not the actual stay itself. Facilities are good and all dietary requirements are welcomed even with our cat bedding trickle feeding, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Always happy to book here and wouldn’t consider anywhere else, thank you."

Cat boarding for 2 weeks, close to home, was recommended by a friend who uses the service.

"Fantastic service, our cat has come home after 2 weeks with Louise and she is happy and contented. Our wee cat Peaches is only a few months old and this was her first time in the cattery but won’t be her last. I had peace of mind knowing her surroundings were clean and comfortable and that she was being well looked after and she had her own familiar toys and blanket with her, this is actively encouraged by Louise to make the stay as comfortable as possible."

I was looking for a nice comfortable place for my cat where she would be cared for a home from home for her for 2 was while I was on holiday.

"I was happy to trust the lady with my cat .she was well looked after.not anxious when I left her or when I bought her home.i told the lady my cat didn't like woodlice on her cat tray and grit was provided.i choose to take my own cat food as my cat is very fussy."
