I was looking for a comfortable place for my older lady to stay, where I knew she would have a good routine (getting out of the kennel multi times a day), where she would have space, stimulation and was cared for people who understand her needs. Given her age, breed and sassyness, it was critical I found somewhere that not only understood Miah, but who listened to what I told them about her. Miah also has a specific diet, and Guildhall were willing to cater to it. I love that guildhall play the radio, as that’s something my dog gets at home.

Miah is an older girl and is quite particular and set in her ways. She can be grumpy and is new to kennels (only using them in the last year). She has been to guildhall a number of times now and I know I can rely on them to care for her and respect her boundaries.

As an older girl, it’s so important to me her kennel life is as closely reflective of her home routine- where she gets out a few walks a day and spends a lot of time in the garden. I know at guildhall Miah gets a walk and gets to go out and sniff the grass multiple times a day.
She gets music and her regular food.
I also love that Miah has 24/7 access to her run as she can overheat and enjoys laying outside and watching the cows/animals.

I also love that Guildhall send you updates, as I cannot relax when I’m away without knowing my dog is safe and happy. A little picture a day really helps me.

Whilst I know I’m perhaps being unrealistic, it would be amazing for me if there were slightly bigger kennels in the future, just to allow that space to stretch out, and more opportunities for dogs to get out of the kennels- although Guildhall are already good at this. This would make Guildhall utterly perfect for my big girl."

I was looking for pet lovers who would care for my dog as far as possible as if it were their own. I needed facility for day boarding and overnight stays.
 

"My dog Indy has been going to these kennels since she was a puppy - she is now 12.

The owners are very caring and playful with her They were very helpful when they initially met her and conscious of her needs as she is deaf and has some anxiety she is always happy to go into the kennels, knows how routine and Dot and Billy are brilliant with her.

I use the kennels most weeks for day boarding and regularly for holidays. I cannot fault the care and attention she receives and wouldn't take her anywhere else."
