Roof Leak

"Dave attended promptly when a roof leak was reported. The work was scoped and quote and timescale given. Workers attend promptly and were well synchronised, one team attended, did their piece and the next group followed on seamlessly. Dave attended to quality check the work at the end of the process. E-mail queries were also attended to promptly. An excellent team effort. As the work was external to a chimney I could not view it closely but could easily see from ground level that it was a very much improved finish and should solve the initial water seepage problem"
