Rebuild of kitchen - involving rebuild of long back wall to reposition windows and doors. Excavate floor and rebuild. New ceiling. Remove chimney breast and replacement by RSJ. Complete rewire and replumb and moving all heating pipes. Hatch turned into doorway. Dovetail work with kitchen company.

"Henderson and his team have done a great job in rebuilding our kitchen. He is an experienced and honest builder and was able to advise us well. His suggestions and understanding of the process were invaluable. His team worked very hard and their standard of work was excellent.
CHC had just started when first Lockdown happened and we were kept informed and involved throughout. Work restarted safely and carefully and security of the site was maintained. The diligence of his workmen and quality of their workmanship showed that he ran 'a good ship'. Dust and mess was kept to as low as possible. The Schedule of works was clear and we knew what was quoted for, and what was not included (eg skip, parking, etc) from the outset. The detail was good enough to check back and be clear.

Henderson himself visited the site every working day and was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable at all times. The site was kept tidy with consideration. Although the building work was close to the garden nothing was damaged or trodden underfoot. We had separate kitchen fitter/designers, and they worked well together. From the outset we were impressed by Henderson’s approach - business like, professional and trustworthy. This was a big project for us which is why we turned to trusted review sites - and we are so pleased we chose CHC. We plan further building work next year and will have no hesitation asking CHC to help us again."

Loft conversion of a large loft in a semi-detached house in London including: - Hip-to-gable loft conversion, with rear dormer - loft space turned into 2 bedrooms, plus a bathroom and lit eaves storage space - various usual matters associated with a loft conversion (e.g. supply & fit doors, stairs, drainage, smoke alarms etc) - removal of old boiler and install new combi-boiler and associated pipework - various optional extras (e.g. scaffolding alarm, additional window, painting of exterior gable wall etc) Price below is approx. and included VAT
