Our bespoke service covers every aspect of the project, including design and construction, meaning you have a single point of contact at all times.
Working with the minimum of fuss and disruption we aim to complete your project to the agreed time-scale, without cutting corners or compromising on quality.
Our team has worked on a wide range of projects including large-scale luxurious property refurbishments, as well as smaller jobs on a tight budget, and we always strive to deliver results that more than match our clients’ expectations.

They were engaged to refurbish a food outlet which was formerly a takeaway to turn it into a 42 seater restaurant. The major works carried out were: 1) Demolishing the takeaway counter 2) Building a new sushi type bar counter around the open kitchen 3) Building a new drinks serving counter 4) Renovating old toilet and constructing a new one 5) Strengthening ceiling jousts 6) Constructing a new central service station 7) Constructing a new corridor outside the toilets. This was done four months after the restaurant opened and was completed in one day which minimised downtime for the business.

"Sandarov showed great enthusiasm and eagerness to carry out the work although they had no prior experience in doing restaurant work before. They were always punctual and performed the work to tight datelines and even worked on Sundays to catch-up in order to complete the project in nine weeks.
After they left the site they came back to fix snags without much hesitation and delay. Recently, they came back to fix a plumbing problem without charge nine months after completing the project. They are professional in their dealings with me and their work is generally of a high standard and done as quickly as possible. They also are good in keeping the customer informed when they are running late or cannot keep an appointment."

"Fixed a leak between floors quickly and with aplomb, wearing plastic covers over his boots (very courteous). All refuse and packaging was taken away which adds up to a very pleasant experience. Will go the extra mile with touch ups one didn't expect, and without relentlessly itemising every small billable detail.

​Painting and decorating!

"The Sandarov team carried out an absolutely fantastic job! We commissioned them to decorate two bedrooms, our hallway and stairs and the front room, and were amazed at how quickly they carried out the job - and how beautifully too. The finish is superb throughout and the standard of decorating was very high.

We were delighted too with how adeptly they had treated the various little finicky bits that were very tricky to get right in our period home - all of the finishes were perfect, and they kept to a very tight schedule.

The team also left our house very clean and tidy each night, which makes such a difference in a busy household! They were also lovely to have in the house and extremely polite and friendly at all times. We are thoroughly pleased with the result of their work and have already asked them to come back and tackle our rear extension in the new year! I would recommend them highly and without hesitation - an excellent service from a highly competent, pleasant and professional team, and at a price that we felt was also very competitive.

Plastering job.

"The team were extremely professional, and we were amazed by the competitiveness of their plastering quote. First of all they came out to measure up our ceilings and walls on a Saturday. We were really impressed by this, and it certainly suited us with a Monday to Friday work schedule! We actually expected the work to end up way above our budget - but the quote came back within budget and was actually more reasonable than anyone else that we'd asked to quote!

The team were extremely quick to get the work finished and completed the plastering in our three bedrooms and hallway to a really high standard. We've also had plenty of positive feedback on the finishing work that they did, which was just perfect.

Our house was left spotless and we didn't need to do anything to restore it to order afterwards - a real bonus. One thing that really stood out for me is that Anton was prepared to offer lots of advice about painting, even though we didn't commission this service from the team on this occasion. He was very generous with his time and experience which we greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend them for any plastering job and will be using them again!​"

Complete home refurbishment!

"We’ve just had a complete house refurbishment completed by Anton and his team at Sandarov and wanted to leave a few comments about how happy we are with what they’ve done for us. We're really impressed by the standard of workmanship and the quality of the finish throughout. It was a big project, but they finished within the scheduled time and we appreciated how they always turned up punctually and just got on with the job. Anton gave us regular updates on how everything was progressing and was happy to deal with any questions we had. Both he and his team came up with suggestions occasionally, which were positive improvements, although this usually meant extra work for them. We always had full confidence in the work they were doing. It’s hard to find any faults and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. They even cleaned up before they left!

We‘d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Anton and the Sandarov team and have already told friends of ours who they should use for their home project.

Great job, guys!

House refurbishment!

"We commissioned Anton and the Sandarov team to refurbish our house and they were very polite and forthcoming when responding to our requests. They were realistic when quoting and assessing the work to be done in terms of timescales and scope, and carried out additional work on fixes outside of the original job spec. 

Anton managed the team and the project impeccably. The team were tidy, friendly and polite. At all times we knew exactly who would be in the house and the time that they expected to be finished for the day. All mess was cleared away thoroughly before they left, so that the house was left tidy and neat.

Sandarov provided us with a very well managed and professional service at a competitive price and I will certainly be happy to recommend them and use their service again in the future. Thanks again for an excellent job."

"Anton and his team completely refurbished our two-bedroom Edwardian London apartment with great success. The project included a new kitchen and bathroom, renewal of one ceiling and floor, new wardrobes and cupboards. Additional requirements involved heightening a number of ceilings, floating shelving, gas and electricity as well as the full redecoration of all rooms. Anton's team has been fantastic to work with. They were very friendly, flexible and had a 'can-do' mentality. They had an excellent eye for detail and delivered a high finish on all the work. They worked hard and delivered the project for a good price. "Trusted builders aren’t always easy to find these days so we feel lucky to have found Anton and his excellent team from Sandarov. Our dream was to create a new kitchen, fit a wet room, and modernise our old extension – all in time for Christmas! Ant and his team went the extra mile to make it happen and far exceeded our expectations. We now have everything we wanted, including a great new living space in the extension, a beautiful, modern kitchen and a fab wet room.

"For the past two weeks, Anton and the Sandarov team have been busy completely refurbishing our two-bedroom flat in London. The project includes installing new ceilings and floors, a new bathroom, kitchen, and wardrobes. The plumbing and electricity need re-fitting, and the whole place will be decorated. With two more weeks until everything’s finished, we have to say how happy we are with the job and the quality of the work delivered so far. From what we’ve seen, we’re confident the finished project will be just what we envisioned. We’ve been really impressed with how they work, their attention to detail, and how they keep us informed about what’s going on. It may be early days, but we’re already recommending Anton and his team to family and friends."

House renovation

"There was a lot of work that Sandarov needed to do to my home.
Downstairs, they built a larger porch, created a new cloaks/shower room, enlarged the utility room, remodelled the kitchen, and created a lounge/diner with folding doors.

Upstairs, they created a new en suite bathroom, installed new built-in wardrobes and knocked two small bedrooms into one.
They also did loads of decorating, rewiring and putting in new windows.

Outside, they replaced some of the drains. Because of planning delays and the availability of subcontractors the project took five months to complete, but the team were invariably courteous and kept us fully informed about progress at all times.

Would definitely recommend!"
