Florin and his team have been amazingly quick, patient and solution-led throughout the process. We were completely new to renovation and Florin''s advice helped us many time. In only 6 weeks (and over holiday period) we were able to move into our beautiful appartment.

"Overall we were super happy.

in terms of feedback,

We had a situation with plumbing where we brought people from the outside — my push would be to call out in advance your capabilities so we know we can use your guys instead of hiring them apart.

Because you weren't owning the E2E process, I have found there was some grey lines around final delivery quality (skirting boards, ceiling lights, change of switches)

Finally, at times some pretty big design decision were made without consulting with us (ie. cupboard in the office) whilst other small details were required early on.

Make sure you get the input you need from the client as early as possible"

Single storey extension and internal works on ground floor

"Safeway Build were very supportive from the very first meeting to quote for the job, all the way through to completion. Competitively priced and very communicative, they have managed our project very well - despite some bumps in the road as any large renovation likely comes across. The team were always tidy, polite and trustworthy. We are very pleased we chose them - the quality of the finished build is brilliant and the experience within the team shows in the detail they applied to every aspect. A full internal refurbishment project; Painting of all internal walls, tiling of all internal floors, installation of bathroom, installation of radiators, installation of kitchen.

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish with Safeway Build during our full internal refurbishment project. Costs, payment schedule, terms & conditions agreed on upfront with no hidden costs or any other misunderstandings.

Florin has truly been a gem to work with. He was in contact with us at all times and all updates of the work being carried out were easily conveyed and agreed on upfront.
Most importantly, he is extremely understanding, professional and knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond whenever he could!

His team worked to an incredibly high-standard finish and always kept the space tidy. We could not recommend Florin enough and it has been an absolute honour to have him onboard. We are already looking forward to the opportunity to work with him again for our garden renovation next year."

House renovation including removing a lean-to and toilet, paving, laying turf, removing chimney breast and internal wall, installing kitchen and appliances, moving boiler, moving pipework, partial rewire, chimney and parapet wall repairs, leak/pipework repairs, plastering, repointing, decorating inside and some outside, laying new flooring etc

"Florin was a delight to deal with. He is friendly, honest, punctual, fair, efficient and professional, and has a wide range of skills. His quote was competitive and reasonable in the current climate, and the payment schedule was clear. I am very glad I chose Safeway Build over the other companies who quoted for the job.

He was also very patient dealing with me as a solo, first-time renovator, which was much appreciated, and he dealt with the inevitable snags and issues with my run-down Edwardian property very well.

"Florin and his team were fabulous from start to finish of our kitchen/cloakroom refurbishment. Very informative, professional, polite and friendly all the way along. They were very tidy and cleared up every day before leaving. The work was done to a high standard of which we are extremely pleased with. Renovation of upstairs small bedroom into home office. Floorboards fixed and new flooring laid, plaster repaired and new electrics fitted, built in desk and floating shelves installed.

"This is the third time I've asked Florin and the team back, they worked on our kitchen extension, our garden decking, and now on this project. I will happily use them again and recommend both Florin and the team.

I think with all Builders you need to be clear about what you want and that is how you get the best outcome. Florin takes the time to understand what it is I am trying to accomplish, tells me if there is a better alternative and then we make decisions about the right way to proceed.

The site is always left very clean and tidy, making it much easier to be in the house when work is being done.

Florin and the team at Safeway Build completed a full renovation of our house. This included the knocking through of 3 separate rooms to create one large room including sky light and bi folding doors as well as the installation of under-floor heating, 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. They also did all decorating following the build.

"The team was brilliant. They were respectful of our house, our children and our dog! They communicated very well with us and made the whole process enjoyable.

Having heard many stories of this kind of build going massively wrong, we couldn't be happier. Our timelines were met and we are over the moon with our new space.

Florin as a Project Manager was exceptional. He is honest, trustworthy and genuinely cares about the work he and his team are doing.

I have already recommended the team to many people and will continue to do so.

Supplied, printed and fitted a wooden bathroom door. Spoiled and fitted a concrete fence post and closed a gap in the fence. Fixed wooden garden decking. Rendered gap between floor and wall behind a fridge. Fitted new kitchen tap.

Extension to kitchen (Victorian side fill in extension). Remodelling of interior to install pantry, utility, downstairs toilet and full kitchen install.

"We were really pleased with the end result. The build took longer than planned due to problems with foundation design and glazing (none of which was down to Florin) and throughout we were reassured and clear on what would happen next and what the implications were. The team Florin uses are very good on attention to detail and the end result has been fab. Looking forward to having them come back to work on our next project."
