Installation of a good quality anti slip flooring in a bathroom conversation to a shower ropom, to help an 89 yr old lady to live independently.

"I recommended 5 Star Maintenance to my friend, as their floor installation expert is somebody who has installed flooring for us previously (and he loved his work), and they did not disappoint. They provided an estimate based on measurements we gave. As they understood the need for the work (modification of a bathroom flooring for a senior with mobility issues), they auomatically offered VAT exemption. The team liaised with the main contractor to book the best time to do their work The installation expert was on time, helpful and cleared up after he had done, and put protective covering on the floor to keep the florring pristine. I cannot recommend them enough."

They put in a new wet room for me. A lovely floor in blue vinyl, Marbled effect cladding on the walls and a nice new shower, heater and wided door. The workmen were very professional, on time,they worked well as a team even with different trades, electrical,plumbing,laboring and building not forgetting the office staff putting the paperwork together. A very posh and smart room and more room to move around. I ended up with a bigger room, which will make it easier for me and my carers to used.

"They were very good. Trying they hardness to get the right design of room for me. The workmen who was in change of it all come round to view the room 2 times. As he been send a design from a third party. Which is not the way he normal works. So hard going for him, to get the design right. i ended up with a better room than i was expecting. A new wet room.
It was a subprice to end up with a posh wet room.

As a builder he know what he was going, he was very professional and a hard worker. He cleaned up at the end of the day. Put the hoover around area were he been working. Told me at the end of the day, what work he had done that day. He was here at 8.00am every morning. He worked long days.

Wall cladding, painting and refurbishing/installing a new glass staircase

"This Company is second to none. Sharon dealt with the admin and was always very friendly, caring and professional and gave very constructive advice and planning and Ian, sometimes with the help of a colleague installed the wall cladding and staircase meticulously. This work has transformed our hall and landing, making it look modern, spacious, aesthetic and very easy to maintain. The work done was extremely of a very high standard in all respects and very reasonable. Nothing was too much trouble and even extra work was done i.e. paintwork and filling cracks in other areas . I wholeheartedly recommend this open and honest company"

This work was an installation and renovation of a new ensuite for my very disabled Husband. New flooring, wall coverings, installation of lakes shower and mira shower units; smart bidet; double sink vanity unit and tall storage cupboard; LED lighting, replacement pump fitted; loft light; mirrors and blinds. Service provided excellent - very careful and diligent

"From the very start to the end has been perfection and the end results far exceeded our expectations. Staff showed courtesy and respect at all times and were highly professional, understanding and knowledgeable. Bathroom turned into a wet room for disabled person.

"From my first tentative phone call enquiry I realised that I had stumbled upon a very competent, approachable, reliable company. I cannot fault their workmanship, or the way they handled my queries. Obviously to change a bathroom into a wet room requires disruption and a lot of work, but this was handled quickly and professionally, and with as little disruption as possible. The team worked extremely hard to get the wet room up and running as soon as was possible. Since the finish of the work the wet room has been put to good use and there have been no teething problems at all. I can thoroughly recommend 5 Star Maintenance."

Bathroom rennovation for occupant with reduced mobility.. Removal of bath and fitting of walk in shower with grab rails. Removal of toilet and fitting of raised toilet with grab rails. Replacement of old sink. Tiling and electrical board updating.

"From the initial enquiry through to the ckmpleted bathroom, we have been greatly impressed. The company has been professional throughout but alsi very thoughtful and considerate with my elderly mother, for whom the work was being done. We gad to make some adaptations to the initial plans and all of this was handled perfectly. I would highly recommend the company."

Ian has helped install vinyl flooring for us on two occasions. His work is immaculate and he is a very professional and competitively priced. He is also one of those workmen who does what he says he will, when he will. A pleasure to deal with. Have already asked him to do some more work for us.

"Ian is easy to deal with, very punctual & trustworthy, with good communication skills. We agreed times scales for work, and he was amenable to resolve time-tabling issues when another contractor delayed their work which impacted on the flooring being installed.

Ian's work is done with flair and skill. No hidden fees, does what he says he will do, and does it well."
