UPDATE BATHROOM
Protect bath & carpets prior to work commencing
Remove existing bath lift
Remove basin & toilet units complete
Remove existing flooring
Hack off all existing tiles ready for new tiles
Decorate ceiling with bathroom paint
Cap off existing shower and supply and fit mixer
Taps to bath with shower attachment
Supply and fit glass shower screen
Supply & fit high gloss bath panel.
Tile entire bathroom with large bumpy white tiles
With border
Supply & fit new basin & toilet built in units in
White gloss
Extend electric fuse spur to en suite for bio
Level floor & lay new flooring
Note not allowing for any re boarding after
Hacking off existing tiles if needed

After tiling
