Replaced bath and fitted Electric shower with drying area. Used scorah building services for my new kitchen and decided to use them for my elderly mother new shower,

"From my point of view i was really keen to make my mother happy and secure in the fact she was going to get exactly what she wanted in a trouble free way and for a reasonable price

my mother and i was not disappointed he provided all that was required,completed the installation to the highest standard and got rid of all the old bath and pipes etc,i also noticed that he always cleaned up after him and that made such a difference and also made my mother feel very comfortable in the fact you could leave him on his own to get on with the job.overall very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend him"

Repairing and redecorating Pharmacy shopfront

"Dave has previously provided decorating and building services for us. This time our Pharmacy shopfront needed repairing and painting, as usual the work was carried out to his exacting high standards without causing any disruption to the smooth running of our Pharmacy.

Work was finished to an exceptionally high standard, and his invaluable suggestions possibly saved us having to renew the facia. In summary Dave's work can be described as highly professional, on time and on budget. In the words of a famous decorating product "does what it says on the tin"."

Bathroom fitting

"We were extremely pleased with the work carried out with fitting our bathroom. Everything was explained along the way and good advice given towards which brands were best and most reasonable buying options, eg extractor. The work carried out- tiling, bath, shower, toilet, sink fittings and the plumbing were all carried out to the best quality. We feel like we're in a 5*hotel. Any extra materials needed were explained before purchase.
David is very comfortable and easy company to have around, and, with all the good reputation from 3 others in my street having hired him, we could trust him totally with a key to come and go while we went on holiday.
We would definitely recommend David Scorah, and will cannot fault his work in any way.

"Dave did an excellent job as usual with the work always to the highest standard for the fitment of new kitchen units and integrated appliances. Any issues that he came across regarding the replacement of the existing kitchen units, free standing appliances, plumbing and wiring were dealt with efficiently and effectively. Complete bathroom makeover. Remove bath and install shower, move and replace sink. Remove bidet. Plaster over Artex and tile and decorate.

"At first I thought that the quote was a tad expensive (the materials alone came to more than half the total). But on seeing the quality of the product and especially the effort that Dave put in to get the perfect finish, I have quite happily changed my mind. I, and more importantly my wife, totally love it. Scorah Building Services Ltd have carried out various jobs for our property company and Pharmacy. The jobs has involved building repairs and decorating (externally) a medical centre (including repair of rendering) since October 2013. The company has also decorated our residential property bathroom which involved re-tiling,new bathroom suit, new light fittings and blinds. Last November, one of our properties which was damaged through water leak from upstairs flat needed replacing the kitchen, bathroom and re-decorating the whole flat which involved replacing the whole ceiling in very room. Communication and standard of work is excellent.

"This company has been wonderful to deal with. When they have been busy they have been up front and said that they may not be able to start work for few months but in an emergency have always sorted our problems, even coming out at weekends and late evening.

They are trust worthy, we have gone on holiday and gave them the keys to decorate our main resident and come back to a nicely decorated house and extremely clean as well.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company and cannot praise their work enough."

Removed existing timber post & old concrete. Dig out old concrete to required depth for new concrete Paving Sleepers on edge to form boundary wall. Dig out remaining grass area to required depth for new paving area. Lay sub base to required depth and compact down to form base Lay new Stonewood paving on cement filled with shingle for drainage Construct 2 Stonewood Planters line with plastic and lay stones in base.

"Well pleased with the work Dave is a thoroughly good worker he is prompt careful and clean and when he is finished every day he cleans up and washes any dirt away and makes sure that there is no mess left.

"We were very pleased with the work that this firm carried out Dave Scorah we would reccommend to anyone. He is very clean and always has his Hoover with him to tidy up after himself. He does not rush his work and he always double check his work and ask you to see if your satisfied as he goes along. He certainly seems to know his trade and he does not take any short cuts . "We have used this company for many years for many different types of work including internal and external decoration, replacement internal doors, insulation and boarding of the loft, removal of bath and installation of a shower cubicle, completion of front paved parking area, construction of a garden room, construction of a paved patio area and erection of a conservatory. Fit new power shower unit and new cubicle door

"David turned up at the specified time. Set to work quickly and removed the old fixtures and fittings. Cleaned area and fitted new units. He and his assistant cleaned the area and took away the old fittings, leaving the shower area clear, clean and ready for immediate use, once grouting had hardened up. He then sent me the bill, in line with his original quote, to be paid by bank transfer. The work was carried out in two stages, but was handled in same manner each time.
