Single upper storey extension, for new bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

"We spoke to the builder prior to submitting the plans for Planning Application to help decide if the works were within our budget. The advice given was useful.
Following permission, he was booked in. The start date given was accurate, and he was in contact before hand to discuss the plans in more detail and understand our requirements.
The work was carried out in a professional manner, and the team were sensitive to us living in the house while the work was being done. They left it in a tidy state at the end of each day.
Importantly, any changes were agreed before they were made so we had a good idea of what the impact on cost and time would be.
The builder took care of building regs inspections and arranging visits for the signing off and all certificates needed.
The final cost was as agreed."

First floor extension.

"S Hyndman Building Service Ltd built our first floor extension. Scott's quote was detailed, competitive and accurate. What sets Scott out from other people we have worked with in the past is his focus on what we as the homeowner wanted and delivering on that, even when we tweaked what we had originally set out to do. We liked his ‘can-do’ approach throughout the build; when there was the inevitable problem that couldn’t have been foreseen, he worked out how to resolve the issue and found a way around it. His ability to remain calm and not be fazed by anything was appreciated during what is always a stressful, albeit exciting, time. His team were approachable and just really nice guys to have on-site. We’re delighted with the high quality end result and we have no hesitation in recommending him – and indeed have done already!"
