Under floor insulation fitted to a Stately Albion "Balmoral" 2015 Park Home. This was fitted at "no charge" using the government LAD insulation scheme, because our annual income is less than £30,000. There is a level of charging if your annual income exceeds £30,000.

"The company I used was Platinum Park Homes (PPH). From start to finish the company was polite and respectful and detailed in every step of the process. They kept to the suggested timetable. Every question was answered so I had no concerns about anything.
They did a follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was perfectly happy with the work and had not encountered any problems.
I did wonder, although didn't ask the question, just how the 25 year product warranty was to be actioned. My answer came 1 or 2 days later via email, and that was a 25year insurance policy taken out and paid for by PPH on my home. So there you go, no worries.
From my experience, relating to under floor insulation I would recommend PPH to anybody.

Sorry but I have to give another mention to Marius and his team,
they were brilliant."

External wall cladding

"The surveyor came first and was most thorough in checking and photographing all things to make the work easier and informed.
Next came the energy expert to insure this work was right for our home, followed by the electricians to move the sky dish from the wall and fit an air expeller in the bathroom.
When the work began the small gang removed all wood and structures to the home ready to mesh and apply the cladding. over a couple of days they put the cladding followed by the render. Each day before they left for home they tidied up really well. They explained what they were doing and they were patient and polite, making the whole rather nerve wracking experience a much better time.
Two weeks later they returned to apply the paint, I didn't expect to see such a good finish, but considering how they prepared for each step of the work,I realised that was the quality of their work.
On the last day it was the finishing touches, post box, gate post, extended sills, hand rails etc and the final tidy up at the end.
I would be happy to recommend this work force to anyone, we are delighted with our cosy home."

"The surveyor visited first, who spent a long time checking where air vents might be needed, window ledges extended and other. He took photos of everything that might help when the work started.
Next to visit was the energy check up, we fitted into the correct category for needing cladding.
Two electricians next came to move the sky dish and install an air expeller in the bathroom.
The day the work began a small gang set to work stripping and slicing wood away in preparation for mesh and the n the cladding. We were instantly cosier, they next rendered, to seal and protect it.
Two weeks later the guys returned to put the paint on. Next day all the fixtures and fittings were put back, like drain pipes, sills, hand rails, post box etc.
Nothing was a nuisance for them,they were pleased if you were pleased, and the workmanship was to a very high standard."

Insulation and painting of our Park Home.

"Very good company to deal with and very happy with the finish and outcome of everything that was done. There was a little disruption at the beginning when the old wood was taken out, but we told and expected it. But it was worth it. The team who done the work was a team of three and they were all very nice, easy to talk to and communicate with f needed to sort something out. They were very hardworking, hardly stopped for tea breaks just got on with their work. The weather was very hot, that must have been hard for them, but they just got on with things.

The last day was the day of them doing the top coat and it was a very good job, very happy with the colour we we of course chose ourselves. The three days they were here, when they finished on each day they cleared everything up, no rubbish was left.
Very pleased with Platinum Park Homes and I highly recommend this company. Special thanks for the lovely three men, very pleased with them."

From my first dealing with them as a Company I was greeted with an extremely helpful group of very cheerful young woman who answered professionally and happily any questions I had and continued to support and assist me through the process, including follows ups after the work had been carried out.

I cannot praise the very courtesy, polite and professionally caring team of workers that carried out the work, making sure that everything was as it should be, and have never seen such a team of well organised, harder worker's, even in my capacity as a Company Director of an Electrical contracting business. "Platinum Park Homes were efficient, very professional, have extremely hard working and friendly teams of insulators. They were truly dedicated to the job, putting in long hours, being polite and completely trustworthy, they kept a very clean and uncluttered site, tidying up after themselves at the end of each day.
I have a newly insulated home, that has made it look brand new from the outside. Can’t thank them enough."
