"A brilliantly friendly and personalised service from a long trusted garage.

I left a voicemail asking for help with a number of cars that needed attention. One long standing fault needing attention on one car, and the other car needing an MOT. The garage phoned back to discuss the issues as soon as they rec'd the message. The fault was diagnosed over the phone and as such the garage ordered the part for arrival the next day. The part was fitted, and the problem cured after months of uncertainty. Should've contacted them sooner... ;)

The turnaround on the MOT was same day. A sticking brake was promptly dealt with.

Both cars were cleaned before pick up which is always a lovely touch.

Lovely people and great to deal with. Fair pricing. Highly recommended."

Servicing of two vehicles, general repairs, maintenance and MOT test preparation.

"Karcare ...it is well named. They certainly look after your car. For years my wife and I had been using main dealers for servicing and repairing our VW Passat and Renault Clio. We got fed up travelling miles and miles to get the work done only to be charged expensive dealer rates for average and sometimes questionable workmanship. We then found Karcare in a neighbouring town not far from our home. In our opinion, Jim Kirk and his team, Martin, Alan and Wendy are very friendly, very accommodating and very helpful. They are an honest, highly professional and skilled team. We have been using Karcare for many years now and have total faith and confidence in what they do. No job is ever too small and work comes in on price and on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed."

Just a great team to deal with. Friendly approachable staff and they always appear cheerful which indicates a happy staff to me. Nothing seems to be any effort, just get on with the job. Quickly diagnose problems I’ve had in the past and had the correct solution every time. Definitely a garage to trust."
