Complete bathroom refit.

"From the first meeting with Andy and Ronnie we were very impressed and confident about their ability and commitment to carry out our bathroom renovation. They kept in contact prior to the work commencing and liaised with our supplier to ensure delivery of materials coincided with the work starting. Throughout the process of renovation they kept us informed of progress through the stages giving us confidence that everything was progressing smoothly. Disruption at home was minimal due to them being so efficient and tidy. They were supported by other tradesmen, an electrician and a plasterer, both of whom were also professional with high quality workmanship. They worked with our requests and ideas to ensure the finished result was exactly what we’d hoped for. We’re delighted to say that the job was finished exactly on time as planned and we couldn’t be happier - we are just delighted with our new bathroom. We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Reliabuild and have already and will continue to recommend them to others. Thanks again Andy and Ronnie.

Strip out complete bathroom. Sort out all pipework and drains for new fixtures. Fit new plasterboard to walls. Wire for new led lights, shaver point and electric panel heater. Fit shower tray. Fit Fibo tile effect wet-wall panels to all walls. Strap and sheet ceilings with upvc white with silver strip. Fit LVT vinyl click flooring. Fit rounded basin vanity units with one piece top, mono tap, rimless btw w/c with soft close seat and concealed cistern. Fit exposed bar 2-way shower valve with drench head. Fit clear glass wet-room panel at shower area. Fit an electric aluminium heater. Insulate & box in shower waste pipe at kitchen ceiling. Remove all waste to skip.

"We contacted Reliabuild to quote for a new bathroom after they had previously did some work in our loft, shelving, insulation, hanging rails, which we were delighted with. We explained what we would like for our new bathroom and they advised us what was possible and made some alternative suggestions which we agreed with. We were given brochures and companies to contact for furniture and white goods and, once we had made our decision, Andy and Ronnie visited to finalise measurements and confirm that our choices were appropriate. We then agreed dates for the work to be carried out. This happened to coincide with our holiday so we were happy to leave the keys with them and let them get on with it. Ronnie text us photos of the completed job prior to us arriving home, and popped in a few days later to confirm that everything was as we had expected and that there were no issues. The house was left tidy and all rubbish had been removed. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and the professonalism of Reliabuild. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. From start to finish communications between us have been excellent, with any queries answered thoroughly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company and have already had discussions with them regarding replacing out kitchen."

Full house renovation - windows, external doors, internal doors, new partitions, en-suite, kitchen, flooring, etc.

"A huge thank you to Reliabuild Contractors (Andy & Ronnie) for renovating our home alongside MPH Electrical (Matty), and Tayside Gas Services (Cammy)!

After getting our Building Warrant approved, thanks to drawings by Fraser at
Technical Design Solutions, we couldn’t have asked for more from Andy and Ronnie as the main contractors.

We were really excited but anxious about the scale of our plans, as we hadn’t done anything like this before. We spoke to several architects, structural engineers, 6 joiner contractors, received 4 quotes, etc. Reliabuild Contractors (Andy and Ronnie) were by far and away the most thorough in preparing their quote and very transparent with a full breakdown - reducing the risk of costs spiralling. Their communication was brilliant throughout, extremely knowledgeable, had a solution to every unexpected challenge, brought in everyone else as required, completed the work ahead of schedule, and on budget!

They went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier! We’d highly recommend them for any joinery and/or contractor work, as well as everyone else who was involved.

"Excellent service from start to finish. Good clear and unambiguous communication. Replied promptly to any questions and arrived and left at agreed times.
During the time they worked in the house, they caused as little disruption as possible, tidying up at the end of a day. In fact, they used our garage for storage of tools and materials while working here and left the garage looking cleaner than it has ever been before.
The finished work is excellent and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This is the 3rd time we have had work completed from Andy and Ronnie because the skill and workmanship is 2nd to none, they have transformed and enlarged our existing bathroom knocking down a wall into a bedroom. Which has created space for a luxurious walk in shower and also utilising the remaining room to give me the best utility area I''ve always wanted,

"What can I say apart from dream team, they arrive exactly on time each day,they work none stop for 8hrs very rarely taking a break even before finishing the rooms they work in are cleaned and tools put away for them starting again the morning. Cannot fault these men. We cannot praise their work ethics highly enough, they are by far the dream team. We look forward to seeing them again shortly to carry out more modernisation in our home."

"Absolutely 1st class work carried out to the highest standards absolutely transforming my house, we cannot praise these guys high enough, they worked nonstop from arrival until finish, our house was treated with respect from start to finish with mess whatsoever cleaning up every day, we will never go past these guys absolute masters at their craft.

Both men were a pleasure to have in our home, nothing was to much for them even going above and beyond, we cannot praise them enough so very polite, tidy and respectful, can't recommend them enough, would not go past them. Andy"

Strip out and refurbish boiler space and old bathroom. Plan and manage project. Supply plans project plan. Manage subcontractors and waste management and deliveries. Build partitions and fit out new bathroom.

"This is our second personal project using reliabuild and we were glad we made the decision to wait for them to schedule us in.
A through site inspection was undertaken, plans agreed costs approved and timelines and start date agreed 4 months in advance.
Reluabuild are thoughtful constructors and are as clean and tidy as is possible when demolishing an old property walls.
Daily updates and reviews were made and we always knew who was coming on site as sub contractors.
They are one of the, if not the best contractors I havd had the pleasure of using. I have 10 years experiance managing major medical imaging and other equipment installation using building contractors and they are the equal of the best I used in hospitals.
I would gladly recommend them and use them again in a flash.
We would welcome and inspection of their work here."

Sand down existing worktops and seal with Danish oil to match the new breakfast bar. Strim plastering where required replace all sockets and switches to brush steel. Job debris removed.

This was a kitchen redesign that required walls to be removed; kitchen window to be replaced with patio doors;flooring strengthened and renewed;all old units to be removed and replaced with Italian made kitchen;appliances sited and plumbed in as necessary; walls and ceiling prepared and replastered; electrics and lighting renewed; previous steps into house removed and extensive decking constructed with steps to drive and garden.

"Reliabuild Contractors were introduced by the kitchen designer who specialises in Italian kitchens. From the start their communication was so helpful. Everything they said they were going to do they did and on the dates and times they agreed. There was no delays, meetings and visits to discuss work always happened. I was impressed by how professional the team presented themselves. As a middle aged woman with very little experience of construction and home improvements, I relied heavily on their expertise, advice and guidance. At no point was I treated as silly or naive, they took the time to answer all questions with good humour and in terms I could understand.
During the works, the team were impressive in their time keeping, the speed of their work,their attempts to ensure as limited an impact for us as possible, they ensured that everything was tidy every day. The team were friendly respectful and kind to our wee dog!!! All work was finished to perfection. I can not praise them highly enough, totally love the finished kitchen. The whole experience was much better than I could have imagined and the final result is so appreciated. The other professional aspect of quotes and invoicing is very professional using email and online banking."

Bathroom Refurbishment

"We are absolutely delighted with our new Art Deco style bathroom fitted by Reliabuild Contractors.

Communication was excellent - Andy & Ronnie were very responsive to our ideas and the finish is excellent. I thoroughly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

The current bathroom was removed and everything was replaced. They also fitted underfloor heating which we love. In addition to the work they quoted for, they also did additional work at no extra cost. This included adding insulation to the walls which we didn’t know was needed before they started.

We were confident to leave the guys keys to our home allowing them to do the work while we were on holiday.

All of our visitors have commented on the excellent tiling and overall finish. The tiler even managed to fulfil our wish to tile our bathroom cupboard door making it a hidden cupboard."
