My previous tenant and contractor had left the property in a terrible state.

"I had used Ross for some work at my mum’s property, which he amazingly solved, so I decided to use him for my property as well. Ross explained all the issues thoroughly and pointed out that the newly fitted bathroom walls were not sealed properly, which could cause further leaks. I wasn’t aware of this, but upon checking, I could see the walls were indeed not intact.

I asked Ross for a quote, and once the deposit was paid, he immediately got his team to start the work. I also requested a few additional tasks, and Ross was happy to accommodate them. He even did a few extra bits for free, which was great. Ross and his team helped me correct all the issues and polished everything up nicely.

I did find a couple of issues afterward, but Ross addressed and resolved them promptly. He prioritized service over money, and his work is of the highest standard. This was after I had already paid, yet he still came back to fix the issues. He was true to his word. I highly, highly recommend him. I've used other companies before that don’t want to know you after the job is done, but Ross wasn’t like that. I’ve never been happier with a service."

The work we asked RPM Joinery to do was a full wall bookcase, custom made according to a plan I gave them.

"Ross came to our house to have a look at exactly what we wanted and then proceeded to explain how he would carry out the job, including costs and times.
Him and his staff carried out the work on time, in a very professional manner and were always very friendly.
They left the house very clean and the final result was exquisite. Our bookcase is perfect and beautiful, we are just so pleased with it!"

"Absolutely no complaints. I explained exactly what I wanted and Ross talked me through the whole process even before we accepted the quote. They started and finished exactly when they said they would and everything was left looking clean and neat. "Ross and his colleague are two very pleasant gentleman. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would. Carried the job out promptly, efficiently and very professionally. They took care not to leave doors open for the safety of my dogs which was very considerate and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend RPM for any joinery work required."
