"I was not home for the 5 days job was to be done. It took a lot longer as there were a few things not done properly. The window was also not ready until the following week.

My kitchen was left in a mess light fitting broken off, dirty floors, tiles and grouting piled on carpets not enough covers every where though I was assured there would be also a mess in garden.

The contrasting tiling did not line up. I eventually accepted a shower screen to hide this a bit.
