External Wall Insulation to be completed under the Green Home Grant scheme

"Total Cowboys, Do not go near them if you value your time and money. I have lost £10000 worth of grant for External Wall Insulation after their false promises and mistakes after mistakes spanning over a year. They have totally abandoned me with no response for past 4 months via email or call. It's been over a year now since they messed up the initial work that was promised. Shame on you Bina, Neil & Cuan. You haven't bothered to get back to me for almost 4 months for a query regarding work that was promised over a year ago. This company is total shambles. They booked appointments without letting me know whose coming over all the time. Biggest time wasters and fraudsters I have ever come across. I genuinely have no idea how they are TrustMark approved. I've lost faith in TrustMark after witnessing how they operate. Now I have lost my money and they won't pick up my calls or answer my emails despite promising to fix the issue even if it comes down to their own cost. Fake promises. I have all emails & letters showing their false promises."
