Declutter and clean 3 main rooms in a family home.

"Declutter and clean of 3 main rooms within the family rented home. Due to life and circumstances becoming complex and overwhelming for a number of years, I found myself overwhelmed with how much "stuff" our family had accumulated and was holding on to which was causing emotional distress to most of the household members.

I contacted D&D's Cleaning and Remediation Ltd after finding them on Facebook and reading their reviews and watching FB videos to get to know their characters. I took a leap and contacted them for help despite the anxiety and embarrassment I felt at finding myself in such a situation.

Dean replied with empathy and outlined how their service could help and we organised a visit for him to assess the situation. Again, during the visit, Dean showed nothing but compassion and empathy and I felt able to book the service to help my family.

Dean and Reece attended the job and worked tirelessly for a day and a half and during this time we're both respectful and non judgemental which I am truly thankful"

Over time we've had a number of different services - carpets cleaned, fortnightly maintenance and deep cleans. It seems that no job is too big or too small . All are met with a willingness to help and make things easier for us.
 

"Making the decision to have someone come into your house to clean isn't always an easy one. We value our independence. We know we're not keeping on top of things or are not able and some help would be beneficial but worry it'll be more stressful with status quo.

D and D's were mentioned and came at a good time. We met Donna who was very calm, not pushy and discussed what supports they offer and helpful to us. It wasn't long until we met Dean and feeling of apprehension reappeared - unnecessarily. In fact having met all the team to date all are proficient. Deep clean, Removal of items Twice weekly cleaning.

"D&D Cleaning and Remediation has been nothing short of exceptional. They provided a deep clean while also helping our disabled family member patiently go through his belongings, declutter, and organize in a way that was respectful, supportive, and never rushed. This was not just cleaning, it was genuine care.

What truly sets D&D apart is their weekly cleaning visits. They don’t just maintain a clean and safe space; they also offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Knowing that our family member has someone kind and trustworthy to talk to during these visits gives us incredible peace of mind.
