I have used DD for a number of months to do 3-4 hours, per week, cleaning in my house..

"My cleaner arrived punctually this morning, looking smart and was keen to start work straight away. Once we had discussed what needed doing she got on quietly and efficiently and everything looked immaculate when she left. She was also very mindful of the dogs who all live in the house!! "It has sometimes been easier than others to get in contact with the office and invoices can tend to be a bit irregular.
Workers are mostly friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive.

"We asked Dynamic Domestics for a complete house deep clean and they did a fantastic job. Over a total of eight hours, Sasha and Linda dusted and polished, cleaned glass door panes and windows, washed and hoovered floors. We were delighted with our newly cleaned house and look forward to their regular return, keeping us up to scratch.
Many thanks to Victoria for her faultless organisation and communication throughout.

Dynamic Domestic do the changeovers for our holiday home. This involves cleaning, bed linen and towel laundry and they are also relied on for ensuring that breakages and damage are reported and dealt with.

"We have been very satisfied with our dealings with Dynamic Domestic. While they are more expensive than our previous agency, they have been constantly reliable and we have had a lot of very good reviews from our visitors. Our holiday home won a gold award for the quality of the accommodation and much of this was down to Victoria and her team. They are very easy to deal with and they are happy to suggest how things can be improved or upgraded. This is important as we live a considerable distance away and do not have a hands on proximity to the business.
We rely therefore on Victoria to use her initiative and identify issues or potential problems in our absence and she has never let us down."

Deep clean of individual rooms on each monthly visit. Plus inside of windows and all glass. Plus skirting boards and doors where dog shakes dirt onto them.

"Victoria and her dedicated team never fail to provide the best service and standards of cleaning. Super friendly and great with my dog too! They leave me feeling energised and pleased with my wee home and inspire me to keep on top of the bits I can still do myself. Well done everyone. X the cost is for two cleaners for one hour. Communicating with owner on any maintenance or issues I the house so that work can be done efficiently if possible between guests Collecting together welcome basket for guests

"Vicki and her team from Dynamic Domestic took our house on at the last minute when our previous housekeeper became very ill. Vicki has always acted in a highly professional manner. Managing her team to make sure that the work is done and everything is perfect for the arrival of the guests. She is very calm when there are issues from previous guests and time is limited. She is always quick at solving problems and is understanding of the fact that I am too far away to be able to jump in if there is an issu.

She pays great attention to detail and the work that her team have done is always checked by her.

As an owner I don't feel awkward asking Vicky to do something a certain way. She is always open to new suggestions and one feels that her priority is making sure the guests are happy and that everything is looked after to a high standard.

I have worked with many cleaning organisations and to have a company like Dynamic Domestic with Victoria at the helm is an enormous comfort as an owner who lives a considerable distance away."

"We have found Victoria & her team at Dynamic Domestic to be brilliant. Really very helpful. Hard working. Reliable and organised. Full of good ideas for improvements. Nothing (yet!) is too difficult: Victoria is not easily fazed, and is happy to get her hands dirty & to get stuck in.

On admin side, invoices submitted in good time. Easy to deal with, clear & straightforward.

"My home is a large older farmhouse property and this company has been providing a cleaning service for my home for approximately 7 years.

In the early days it was Victoria the owner herself who actually carried out the work, usually together with one other member of her team.

As the business expanded in size there have been a number of different staff members who have carried out the work, and always to the same very high standards as set by Victoria herself.

I have never had cause to be in any way dissatisfied with the service, and in fact am always very pleased with the difference they make to my home.

I can't speak highly enough of Victoria herself and all of the staff who've been to my home, each of whom is very pleasant whilst being diligent in carrying out the work.

In short they are a lovely bunch of people who do a great job, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking such assistance in maintaining their home."

"Victoria and her team members have been keeping my house clean and tidy for the past 6 years. From the very beginning I have found Victoria and every member of staff to be pleasant, hard working, diligent, thorough, and really nice people to have in my house.

Year round cleaning of five holiday houses with a total of 32 beds. The house styles vary from open plan chalet type to 18th.c. coach house. Work includes thoroughly cleaning the entire premises including the fixtures and appliances, changing bed linen and arranging bedroom layouts to suit guests’ requirements. Our guests expect and receive a first class level of service. Work also includes, liaising with the laundry company and managing the logistics of ordering and handling all laundry items; the monitoring and reporting of any breakages, the condition of appliances and maintenance issues requiring attention.

"Dynamic Domestic are a vitally important part of our business and make a valuable contribution to its success. The work described above is carried out to the highest standard. Occasional shortfalls are quickly corrected without fuss. There is a cheerful and positive approach to the work and we frequently receive useful suggestions as to how improvements can be made for the benefit of both guests and operators. As operators, we too can make mistakes with potentially awkward consequences; somehow Dynamic always find time to come to our help."
