Replacement of badly aligned guttering; cleaning of property guttering which involved removing and replacing “hedgehog” gutter protection; cleaning of windows and garage door

"This company was the first company I found, having tried three others, who were willing to take on the work. They were local and easy to deal with.
A pre-work inspection was made and a quote given.
The team was friendly and efficient and left no mess. Access to some of the guttering was a little awkward but this was over come.
A bonus….they took care not to disturb the House-martins nesting under eaves.
I am more than happy to recommend them."

Both front and rear of the property had Gutter Vac DOMESTIC clear including 100%pure water wash down, plus the medium conservatory gutter to the rear also clean to roof and sides and down pipe.

"I asked my neighbour who had just had her gutters and facia boards cleaned who had done the job and as they were still on the premises she sent them to see me. I found Mr. Kirkcaldy a very pleasant polite young man and he had a look at my property and the work involved there and then. He said he would send me a quote for me to check, and if l was agreeable for me to contact him to make a date to do the work. The work was completed in a morning and the gutters and facia boards front and back of the property looked like new again. l found Mr Rafe Kirkcaldy and his team most efficient, friendly and cheerful and would certainly recommend him to anyone. I am a widowed pensioner so you can understand having honest reliable workmen to do any work like “ Out of the Gutter “ is a bonus."

"From first calling to ask for a quote, to completion of the work, the team were professional and efficient. The detailed quote arrived by email as agreed. The team turned up at the time agreed. I feel that they went above and beyond most gutter cleaning services, even replacing a broken roof tile they spotted. We will definitely be using them again. They are not the cheapest, but you get a really good service."

I was looking for my gutters to be cleared and for advice to maintain that position. I have a decent sized Georgian house which is quite tall. I am incapable of doing such a job. I was delighted with the prompt efficient service provided - with odd extras thrown in like replacing a broken tile . The whole approach was excellent. Nice folk to deal with as well.
