"Thorite were one of a number of potential suppliers contacted to provide equipment for our new shot blast and paint facility.

Throughout the tender process they stood out as being more responsive and helpful than the others. Thorite were happy to work with us to resolve technical queries and identify the right product to suit our needs, making a number of additional visits to our premises in order to ensure our expectations were met.

In particular, a loan machine was provided for our use whilst the selected compressor was delivered, making the transistion to our new factory easier and saving us money on outsourcing processes.

We would definitely recommend using Thorite.

"Thorite have worked with BCH for a long time and have always given good service, sometimes above and beyond our requirements, hence I feel confident to ask them to look after our compressed air needs.
It was not too much trouble to come and see our problem, and then quote a good price for supply and installation in a short time.
The installation engineer worked well with our own staff and all went smoothly.

Our old Hydrovane 715 compressor had come to the end of its working life & their advice on the supply / installation of a new HPC compressor to suit of current needs was first class. We cannot rate our Thorite engineer Stuart Dixon highly enough, his attention to detail & professional approach is second to none. From quotation to supply & commissioning was under a week.
