"I have always received excellent service from Direct Air. Their personnel are very professional in manner, always help out in an emergency. Dryer autodrain constantly venting. Causing compressor to run hard. Drive belts broken

"After it was reported that aloud noise was coming from the compressor room, I went in and noticed the autovent was on constantly and there was oil leaking on the floor. I switched the compressor off.

Then I called Direct Air who sent an engineer over the same day.
Some work was carried out that day and I was informed another Engineer would be back the following day, with parts that needed replacing.

The next day an engineer came and completed the work.

I visited the compressor room after the work was completed and it was left in a very clean condition as well as being very quiet.

I received a report the following day on what work was done.
With this visit I couldn't suggest any improvements'."

"There are a small team of engineers that know our plant and help us with issues we have with Compressed Air. They know our site and compressors very well and I have no problem leaving them to do servicing and repairs , the area is always left clean and were possible they always make time to contact me after they have completed the task and report any problems. One of only a handful of contractors we use that can be trusted to get the job done in a sensible time and overcome any problems with a solution."
