Address fault in main compressor unit that malfunctioned at night

"Our compressor went into alarm mode during the night. I called the main number at Wessex Compressors and immediately spoke to an engineer. We agreed that they would come out the next morning and by 8.30am an engineer was on site. He analysed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Brilliant. Thanks."

Replacing our current 10m airlines which run along the floor and are bundled up everywhere, causing multiple trip hazards, as well as being very messy. Wessex came in and provided us with retractable airlines, as well as running new airlines along the ceiling rather than the floor, which then comes down to a very tidy metal bracket through our benches, finished with quick release couplings . We also had a permanent airline attached to our multi drill, saving the task of having to attach and disconnect every day.

"We had a good experience with Wessex as we always do, we were fortunate enough to have Will come in with his young apprentice for our install, and they were both very friendly and polite, and done a really tidy job of our new set up, which we are super pleased with.

Will was full of knowledge , and answered my many questions i had, during the set up and leading up to it and made sure i was fully educated of what the set up was and how it worked. Cant recommend him enough."

"Wessex compressors have always acted in professional manner and always act swiftly to support our business needs, whether its general maintenance or emergency services.

The engineer Will Fitz mostly oversees are operations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skill. Will is always willing to help when needed,even if he is on another job he will also over support and guidance. Right first time is critical to our business and with the support from will we feel in safe hands. His quality and timely manner is exactly what we look need as a customer.

Sally Milburn has always been we friendly voice on the other end of the phone and a brilliant asset to the Wessex compressors.

Service and repair if necessary of our compressor which feeds our CNC Machine and spray shop. Air tests for the breathing apparatus.

"We purchased our compressor originally from Wessex Compressors and have used them continually ever since.

Servicing, repairs and air tests are carried out to the same high standard. Sally in the office calls me to book in for services and air tests so I never have to worry that they won't be done on time.

The engineers are clean, friendly and highly skilled. We receive reports the same day and they are super responsive if we need a repair.

It is a real pleasure dealing with this company - a fabulous attitude to customer service all round.

We can not recommend them enough."
