"I was told what the cause of the problem was, what was done to over come it. A print was made using my printer which looked spot on.

Purchase of a new computer.

"I have used this company before, as they are local. They have always provided a high standard of service, and are very helpful, and extremely patient. I needed a new computer, and they gave me options that I hadn't even thought of. I didn't really want a laptop, but they explained that I could use it as a desktop, complete with keyboard, mouse, and monitor, and I'm very happy with the result. To check the computer for problems concerning slow access and viruses.

"I had never had cause to use Computer Assist before. I carried my computer in and explained the problem, left my details, they issued a job ticket and said they would be in touch. I did have to go in once and ring another time to enquire as to progress. It took just over a week to finish the job. In the end a clean up and service was completed.

Apparently a common fault -the disk drive button was out of place and Computer Assist put it back.

"This review for the stated problem was quite a while ago and I don't have records for payment.

The Staff were friendly and well mannered, They pointed out additional common issues with the controller that I was unaware of.

Overall I am very satisfied and will continue to use their professional services."

"We have used Computer Assist in the past for repairs to 2 laptops and also purchased a secondhand desktop computer from them.
They have always been very friendly yet professional and always willing to give further advice, information or assistance when needed.
We always believe in supporting businesses in our local town rather than using larger stores which offer so much yet give very little.
We also buy our printer inks and other accessories from Computer Assist as their prices are very competitive, hence saving on the cost of petrol.

This review is for a Service Job that we completed on the 21/08/2014 and now almost 5 months later this is the first that we are hearing about any Issue. If the customer had returned we would have resolved to their satisfaction. Even after all this time I have tried calling and sent emails asking the customer to return so we can discuss and resolve but we have had no response.
