Advising and setting up a new desktop. Also saving all documents etc. to go onto new computer. Connecting wireless printers etc. that had not been connected previously.

"The proprietor displays an excellent understanding of I T, the products available and knowledge of their operation. He also is able to give good advice on how to satisfy ones requirements - which he gives with enthusiasm and, refreshingly, humour!

"Paul was thoroughly professional and responded quickly. He had to do this by remote reset and this worked brilliantly. He managed to successfully deal with my problem and saved the day, in spite of being on holiday! I can't thank him and his service enough.

Was looking for a new laptop but didn''t really understand the terms saw Paul and he explained everything and gave me his recommendations, only had the laptop a few days but love it, fantastic, quick and efficient service. Always willing to help. Couldn''t recommend highly enough. Brilliant.

"Went to Paul after a trip to currys to purchase a new laptop, when I arrived I was rather confused about what I wanted but I explained what I wanted to use it for and Paul recommended me my new laptop which was cheaper and better spec than what i had previosly been offered. He also explained all the terms so I understood what I was getting and why it was good. I have only had the laptop a few days but love it, Paul offered a fantastic,quick, affordable and efficient service with a great backup service. Couldnt recommend more, will be purchasing all my computer equipment from him in the future. Brilliant."
