Door was sticking when opening & closing hadn''t been right since installation by joiner a few years ago. RMC came in and it was fixed literally within 5 minutes.

Double glazed window was smashed. I phoned the company in the morning and someone was sent out that night to measure the window. Was told it would probably take 10 to 14 days to get the unit made up and fitted other companies said it could take up to 3 weeks. The unit was replaced within a week.

"Installer ( forgot to ask his name ) replaced the unit with no mess and then cleaned the window when he was finished. First class service from a first class company. Will definitely use them again if required. Thank you once again

Seven Windows Composite front Door with Matching colour Fascia And Top Glass with House Number Back Door upvc French Doors upvc plus Replacement of Rotten wood base frame from old doorway. Repair to Front Exterior Window Ledge

"I saw the advertisement for this Company while returning from weekly shopping. I’ve seen plenty of their vans around doing work on houses in my street and the surrounding area, and decided to call in and make an appointment for a quote.
Raymond Snr, turned up on the day , LISTENED to what I was looking for, measured all required units, and explained what would happen should I agree to the quote and that half the payment would be required at the time of final measurements, which I was agreeable to.
Quote was emailed out quickly and I was very happy with the numbers, and only waited about 5 weeks for work to start.
Day 1 - All windows installed and back door
Day 2 - French Doors and Front Door and Work on Front Exterior Window Ledge
The Team turned up prompt and varied between 2 to 3 installers and it was a heads down and get on with the work, they were polite, and really only had a short lunch break throughout the day.
They were tidy workers clearing up at the end of each day, I was told before work started that if any true plastering work was required afterwards then that would be my responsibility, but there was so little plaster disruption the RMC installers were able to just skim over and it’s perfectly fine.
I’m extremely pleased with the final finished product, and couldn’t be more happy.

Holdups - Matching Fascia for front door was a few days late in arriving, and the RMC senior installer noted a small scratch between panes on the small kitchen window and the tiniest scratch on one of the panes on the French Doors, he ordered replacements that day and a few days later they were swapped out and the Fascia installed in about an hour, no hassle, no argument and no final payment required until job was complete and I was happy.
I would just like to say a big thank you to RMC for making what can be a very stressful time, easy.

"The service was excellent from start to finish the doors and windows are good quality and the fitting was carried out with minimum disruption to our routine even though it had to be the wettest windiest couple of days of the year. The staff kept us informed at every step as we had to postpone due to the first lockdown and we were slotted in for our work as soon as it was safe to do so. Our house is old and quite quirky and it required the fitters to be ready to make changes on the day to accommodate our slightly strange walls.The whole team were fantastic"

Fit grey cladding to the front of my house

"Fitted hollowboard instead of cladding. After 10 months became distorted. After waiting 4 months to get it repaired had to get another fitter to provide the correct material ie cladding.
After being a customer for 18 years, would not recommend them now, also paid cash and got no receipt!"

A date arranged for us to carry out the snagging work was cancelled by the Customer at short notice and he got a third party to do the work instead.

The Customer then asked us to pay the other Company's bill.

The matter has now been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties therefore it is both surprising and disappointing to note the customer's comments
