Blocked drain at back of house

"We had just returned from a lovely holiday and had our son and granddaughters staying . Upon return my wife noticed a load of flies near the back drain. I tried myself to clear it but no luck and we also got a bad smell.
My wife phoned and got through to Norwich drains who absolutely amazed us and said they would be with us in about 15 minutes time . Bear in mind this was a Friday afternoon.

The guys arrived within 20 minutes and just got on with the job. Using their rods they found where the problem was .. a build up of sludge over the years! Anyway Paul and Harvey cleared it. They explained what they were doing as they did the job.
Very professional and also what I liked was they were very personable and completed job. We paid the guys and then what I liked is they said if anymore problems then don’t hesitate to ring them . They were excellent couldn’t fault them.

Conduct a CCTV drain survey on a property we are buying.

"NDS conducted the CCTV survey and confirmed the condition of the drains. They also located all the missing or buried inspection chambers and jetted out some silt and sludge in one of the drains. There work was quick, professional and reasonably priced. I am very happy with service I received and would not hesitate to use NDS again. Other professionals on site at the time were also impressed by the service provided to us by NDS."
