Fixed broken cooker socket

"Spoke about various works at my house on the phone. He was open and honest in his advice and used simple language to explain various options to me. Costs were clearly outlined. Some weeks later I damaged a power supply switch to my electric oven. I called him and he arrived ASAP and carried out the works there and then at an agreed cost. A very reasonable cost too. We briefly discussed electrical safety in the house and his advice was again very clear. He left the decision to me as to how I wanted to proceed. Would always call him first if needed."
