An EICR was carried out at a private rented property. Remedial work is required to bring the property to conform to current regulations.

"I have instructed works with Dumfries Electrical Services for 4 years now for various private residential let properties. Each time the level of service has been impeccable. They take the time to discuss any issues, remedial works and breaks down the cost prior to proceeding with the works. They work with the tenants and landlords to accommodate their needs and work schedules and communicate with myself on expected timeframes."

"Colin came last week and installed new smoke alarms to our house and carried out an EICR in preparation for us putting it on the market.
We were very happy with his work and pricing and will definitely be calling him again in the near future for further projects.
He was very friendly and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Turned up when he said he would too!"

Rewired garage and fitted new sockets and light. Updated fuse box. Fitted new CO alarm.

Alarm with 10 year lithium battery to hall ceiling. Install double socket in garage for tumble dryer. Rip out existing cables in garage and rewire garage, outside light and switch.
Install switched fuse outlet with amp Fuse to protect lighting circuit. Upgrade garage fuse box with RCD protection. CEIC installation certificate once all work is done.
