"I have been using Ryan as my electrician for approximately 5 years now. Ryan is always there when he says he’s going to be. The standard of their work is fantastic. Nothing is ever a problem, I’ve had all Ryan’s members of staff do different jobs for me over the years and they are always very polite and professional. replacement of extractor fan in bathroom, fan still under guarantee and had failed

"In an age of complaints it is a delight to have the chance to report on excellent workmanship and prompt and polite service


The fan had been installed by Ryan's company in January but had failed recently. I phoned Ryan and with no fuss or bother noted that it would be replaced as soon as convenient to myself. The following day it was done.


Failures of parts and machines are part of life, though many firms stay in denial and dont come back to do the work- taking paying work elsewhere first. I cant recommend Ryan Johnstone enough and if I needed more work done in the house they would be my first choice"
