Daikin High Capacity ASHP & Heat Pump Cylinder installed. Radiator pipework replaced. Most radiators relocated or replaced where necessary (effort taken to use existing where possible).

Design and install of air source heat pump system, including radiator replacement and new unvented water cylinder. Decommissioning and removal of existing gas boiler, vented cylinder and water tank

"Paul at Apex is a highly experienced and skilled installer. Started off conducting a full and thorough heat survey and system design. Presented a variety of options for radiators, siting the heat pump etc. Once design was agreed and equipment delivered, Paul and his team installed a tier one Vaillant heat pump system. Quality pipework with everything executed in line with regulations, MCS standards and best practice - particularly neat and well laid out pipework and optimal location of controls for access.

Sarah is highly organised in the office and very responsive to all our questions and queries. The workplan, scheduling and payments were all super clear.

The rest of the Apex team on-site, Val and Ernie, were punctual, polite and efficient in their work. These guys put in a real shift and work at quick pace without compromising quality. At the same time they were constantly focused on good service and minimising disruption - shoes off every time they came in the house, flagging when the hot water would be off, tidying up at the end of every work day etc. Ernie has already been asked to come back to deal with some separate minor plumbing works - a sink replacement - which speaks to the quality of the work the team did.

Apex are a premier heating and plumbing team - especially expert on low carbon renewable heating (which is hard to find!) - and I'd highly recommend them! Thank you Apex team!"
